SteriPlast® sample scoop with lid, sterile

These sterile, disposable SteriPlast® sampling scoops are made of high-quality white polystyrene. They are manufactured, assembled and individually packaged in a Class 7 ISO cleanroom, and then sterilised with gamma rays to meet the highest cleanliness requirements.

Designed for sensitive sampling of powders, granules and pastes, the sampling scoop is suitable for a wide range of materials.

Its ergonomic design and slightly raised front edge make it particularly user-friendly, allowing the scoop to be deposited easily without any loss of sample.

The disposable design means that no post-treatment, such as cleaning or sterilisation, is required, saving time and resources while increasing efficiency in laboratories and production facilities. Eliminating cleaning increases staff safety by minimising exposure to potentially hazardous substances and eliminating the handling and cleaning of sharp or dirty reusable instruments.

Individual packaging ensures that each scoop remains sterile and contamination-free until use. Disposable use eliminates the risk of cross-contamination between different samples or products. After single use, the scoops are disposed of to ensure the integrity of the work process.

Even after unpacking from the outer packaging, the scoop with transparent lid remains protected from air particles, dust and other contaminants inside the scoop in the sampling area.

After sampling, the scoop can be immediately closed again to secure the sample without contamination. The lid also prevents loss or spillage of the sample, ensuring greater safety and hygiene during transportation or storage. It helps preserve the sample's physical and chemical properties by protecting it from air and moisture, which could otherwise alter it.
